TPC Prestancia features two 18-hole championship golf courses in the beautiful Palmer Ranch area. The Stadium Course and the Players Course sprawl out over 565 acres of lush landscape, providing a balance of aesthetics and spectacular coastal wildlife with outstanding playing conditions.
Created with attention to balance and details by the PGA TOUR in 1985, TPC Prestancia was the third private club in the TPC Network. It has been host to eight Chrysler Cup Tournaments, five American Express Invitational Champions Tour events and has the unique label of having hosted the PGA Senior Tour for 13 years. TPC Prestancia, owned and operated by Heritage Golf Group, is a non-equity Club and is a member of the TPC Network of properties nationwide.
The Championship Stadium Course was inspired by TPC Network's flagship course, TPC Sawgrass. Designed by Florida's own Ron Garl and PGA player Mike Souchak, it plays 6,941 yards from the tips, rewarding shot making more than length, and features undulating greens that rise and fall as players approach the signature 9th and 18th holes. With its generous landing areas surrounded by huge spectator vantage points, the Stadium Course is a Member and Guest favorite.
The Players Course, formerly The Country Club of Sarasota, is a favorite classic country club design by famed International Master Golf Course designer Robert Von Hagge, with PGA TOUR player Bruce Devlin as a consultant and includes grand oaks tree lines, doglegs and carry over water. In the 2022 season, TPC Prestancia completed a multi-million-dollar enhancement making it an even more enjoyable golf experience for golfers of all levels.
